Order Confirmation
Once you place an order at ymijeans.com, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been processed. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a second email with a direct link to track your package. Please note, orders recieved Monday - Friday after 11 a.m. PST will be shipped out the following business day.Canceling Your Order
Once your order has been placed you cannot cancel the order online. You must contact customer service. If it has been more than 24 hours there is a good chance your order has been shipped. If it has, you have 30 days to return non-sale items. Just follow the instructions that come with your order. Feel free to try on jeans at home! If it doesn't work out, no problem, send it back for an exchange or refund*. Upon reques, we will send an electronic pre-paid UPS return label. (Free return/exchange shipping label will be supplied on initial orders only) EXCHANGES ONLY ON SALE ITEMS. Please see return/exchange policy below for full details.Full-Priced Merchandise: Returns or exchanges received with completed return/exchange form, tags attached, unworn, and unwashed within 30 days after purchase will be offered the following:
- Exchange with complementary shipping. Complementary shipping is only offered for one exchange only. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any additional exchanges.
- Refund provided in the method of original payment. (Refunds do not include shipping costs).
- Store credit.
Sale Merchandise:NO REFUNDS ON SALE MERCHANDISE*. Returns or exchanges received with completed return/exchange form, tags attached, unworn, and unwashed within 15 days after purchase will be offered the following:

Returns will be valid ONLY on merchandise purchased through ymijeans.com.
No price adjustments after 30 days. No exceptions. Price adjustments provided in the form of store credit only.

Completing Return or Exchange
If you would like to make a return just complete the following steps:1. Request an electronic UPS return label by contacting ymijeans.com customer service at 323.583.3083 or customercare@ymijeans.com. Please be sure to include the name on the original order, order number, exact sku and size of the styles you wish to return, and valid email address and phone number Within 48 hours you will receive an email with the electronic UPS return label.
2. Fill out the return form that was enclosed in your order.
3. Pack everything back up in the original packaging.
4. Print and affix the pre-paid UPS return label and drop your package off at the nearest UPS shipping location.
Please note, pre-paid UPS return labels are only offered for first time exchanges or returns. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with additional exchanges. For additional exchanges a self-adhesive return address sticker will be provided.

We accept Visa & MasterCard. We do not accept any forms of payment at this time.Sales Tax
Being charged sales tax depends on which state your order is being shipped to. Unless your order is being shipped to the state of California, ymijeans.com does not charge its customers any sales tax. If you're order is shipping to California, you'll be charged the standard sales tax for that location.Shipping Method Options
ymijeans.com offers shipping via UPS only.Shipping Costs
For orders over $50, there is no charge. For orders under $50, shipping cost will depend on the shipping method you choose. At this time we offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Please note, orders received Monday - Friday after 11 a.m. PST will be shipped out the following business day.Free Shipping
Purchase over $50 on ymijeans.com (pre-tax) and you will receive FREE UPS Ground shipping.For expedited shipping options, free shipping is not offered and charges will apply accordingly at checkout.
Free shipping for orders over $50 (pre-tax) is not valid on international and wholesale orders.
International Shipping
At this time international orders can only be processed manually by contacting our customer service department 323.583.3083 or emailing customercare@ymijeans.com.All shipping costs will be calculated accordingly at time of purchase based on weight and destination. Please contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on ymijeans.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Special “Free Shipping” offers such as “Free Shipping for orders over $50” are not valid on international orders.
