Feel free to try on jeans at home! If it doesn't work out, no problem, send it back for an exchange or refund*. Upon request, we will send an electronic pre-paid FedEx return label. (Free return/exchange shipping label will be supplied on initial orders only) EXCHANGES ONLY ON CLEARANCE ITEMS. Please see return/exchange policy below for full details.

Refund or Exchange will be valid ONLY on items that been purchased on ymijeans.com.

Full-Priced and Sale Merchandise: Returns or exchanges received with completed return/exchange form, tags attached, unworn, and unwashed within 30 days after purchase will be offered the following:

  • Exchange with complimentary shipping. Complimentary shipping is only offered for one exchange only. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any additional exchanges.
  • Refund provided in the method of original payment. (Refunds do not include shipping costs).
  • Store credit.

CLEARANCE Merchandise: NO REFUNDS ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE*. Returns or exchanges received with completed return/exchange form, tags attached, unworn, and unwashed within 15 days after purchase will be offered the following:

  • Exchange with complimentary shipping. Complimentary shipping is only offered for one exchange only. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any additional exchanges
  • Store credit

Returns will be valid ONLY on merchandise purchased through ymijeans.com.

No price adjustments after 30 days. No exceptions. Price adjustments provided in the form of store credit only.

If you would like to make a return just complete the following steps:
1. Request an electronic FedEx return label by contacting ymijeans.com customer service at 323.583.3083 or customercare@ymijeans.com. Please be sure to include the name on the original order, order number, exact sku and size of the styles you wish to return, and valid email address and phone number Within 48 hours you will receive an email with the electronic FedEx return label.
2. Fill out the return form that was enclosed in your order.
3. Pack everything back up in the original packaging.
4. Print and affix the pre-paid FedEx return label and drop your package off at the nearest FedEx shipping location or call FedEx for pickup.

Please note, pre-paid FedEx return labels are only offered for first time exchanges or returns. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with additional exchanges. For additional exchanges a self-adhesive return address sticker will be provided.
