Behind-the-Scenes of YMI Fall 2008 Campaign
Featuring Actress Aimee Teegarden

YMI Jeanswear is proud to announce actress Aimee Teegarden as the first celebrity face for the YMI brand for the Fall 2008 advertising campaign.  Having made her name in entertainment playing “Julie Taylor” in NBC’s Emmy® nominated television series, “Friday Night Lights”, she embodies the excitement and talent of young Hollywood. 

Shot on location at The Rooftop Bar at The Standard Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, photographer Odessy Barbu captured the dynamic skyscrapers and panoramic views of the city skyline.  Capturing the essence of the back-to-school season the campaign sets the mood of a late summer’s day at the end of a young girl’s summer vacation.  The stunning panoramic views of Downtown Los Angeles cityscape combine with vibrant colors of the rooftop pool and red lounges, makes for a gorgeous display of a day in the city. 

Commenting on her role as spokesmodel, Aimee states “YMI is a brand I feel I can really relate to. Their jeans are fashionable, fit great and appeal to teens like me.”  Aimee will make special appearances on behalf of the brand as well as host their annual Hollywood fashion show and after-party in October 2008.

The campaign will be unveiled in June 2008 and will grace the pages of fashion and lifestyle magazines such as Seventeen, CosmoGirl! and OK! as well in an outdoor campaign throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
