YMI Jeanswear Signs Canadian Distribution Agreement
Double J Company to Distribute YMI Jeanswear Throughout Canada

Los Angeles, CA – YMI Jeanswear announces its new distribution agreement with Canadian distributor Double J Fashion Group Inc. The agreement will broaden the reach of YMI Jeanswear products and promote its highly recognized advertising campaign throughout Canada. Key emphasis will be placed on major fashion markets such as Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver, B.C.

Double J Fashion Group Inc. has been responsible for the distribution and licensing of brands such as Calvin Klein and Yves Saint Laurent Menswear, Ralph Lauren Collection and Sportswear, Polo Sport, Mossimo and Rockport Menswear and Sportswear, and Jeanne Pierre knits one of the leading brands for 14 years.

David Vered, President of YMI Jeanswear, recently noted that “I expect Double J to effectively promote and sell the YMI brand into the Canadian marketplace. Their exemplary track record, combined with the notoriety of the YMI brand, will prove to be a winning combination in the coming year.”

Double J and YMI Jeanswear expect a fantastic reaction to YMI Jeans throughout the Canadian marketplace. With plans set to show YMI at trade shows such as Trend Show, Edmonton, The Fresh Show, Toronto, “J6” (Jay-Six), Vancouver and La Semaine de placements, Quebec City, during the month of March 2007.  YMI product is scheduled to ship June/July 2007.
