    While we take pride in every YMI product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we’ll assist you with a prompt return. Ground shipping on your replacement order will be free of charge. YMIjeans.com gladly accepts unworn, unwashed or defective full-priced merchandise for up to thirty days after purchase date. Original receipt and tags must be attached. Unfortunately, clearance items, Daily Deals and Special Deals are final sales.

  2. How do I return an item I no longer want?

    If you are unsatisfied in anyway with your YMI purchase from ymijeans.com, request an electronic pre-paid UPS return label by contacting customer service via email customercare@ymijeans.com. All returns received within 30 days from date of receipt with completed return/exchange form, tags attached, unworn, and unwashed will be offered one of the following:

    • Exchange with complimentary shipping*. Complimentary shipping is only offered for the initial exchange only. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any additional exchanges.
    • Refund provided in the method of original payment. Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
    • Online web credit.

    *Complimentary shipping and free return shipping labels are only valid for customers within the contiguous United States and must request a return shipping label and mail back within 10 days of date of receipt.

Returns are valid ONLY on merchandise purchased through ymijeans.com.

No refunds on sale, clearance or promotional merchandise. No price adjustments. No exceptions.

If you would like to make a return just complete the following steps:

  1. Request an electronic UPS return label* by contacting ymijeans.com customer service at . Customer must request a return shipping label and mail out within 10 days of date of receipt. Please be sure to include the name on the original order, order number, exact sku and size of the styles you wish to return, and valid email address and phone number. Within 48 hours you will receive an email with the electronic UPS return label.
  2. Fill out the return form that was enclosed in your order.
  3. Pack everything back up in the original packaging.
  4. Print and affix the pre-paid UPS return label and drop your package off at the nearest UPS shipping location or call UPS for pickup.

YMI merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
